A one-of-a-kind original mixed media on acid free art paper with deckled edging

Due to its handcrafted nature and crushed glass glitter, be sure to handle artwork by the edges. Do not allow artwork to sit in direct sunlight as it could compromise the mixed mediums overtime. Each delicate layer is beautifully crafted to experience at different angles. Artwork is not framed or stretched on wooden backing.

-This is a fine-art reproduction print, available in different fine art paper types: Deckled-edge handcrafted paper, textured archival art paper or gallery cotton canvas. All paper options are of the highest standard and are hand-prepared to preserve the genuine look of the original artwork. The image might be slightly cropped in order to fit varied standard print sizes.

-All prints are carefully made-to-order out of our studio in Dallas, Texas. We are a small-batch print shop and do not mass produce.

-Due to the handmade process, there may be some slight imperfections! No two prints are the same, each paper material will have unique textures. Colors may vary to each monitor screen. All sales are final.

Mailed out flat in a protective packaging, delivery depends on your location from Dallas - check our FAQ for current shipping and turnaround time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are a small team working with quality supplies, we do not accept any returns or exchanges at this time.

WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?

This completely varies on whether your item is custom or a print. If you are purchasing a custom order, we will discuss my current turnaround time for your type of painting. Items can ship anywhere in the world. All orders are shipped via USPS. Orders placed Fridays - Sunday will be processed after the weekend (for prints) .If your order is within the USA, you will receive a tracking number. We cannot be held responsible if your order is damaged in the mail. Once items leave our studio, they are out of our hands. We do everything we can to ensure that your goods will arrive in perfect condition! We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit - there is an automatically added insurance placed in your cart "Route Package Protection" to give extra peace of mind and guaranteed help if accidents arrise! Otherwise, we are not held liable if you choose to opt out of the insurance.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR SHIPPING TO DELIVER MY PACKAGE?

Typically, First Class USPS mail takes up to 4-7 business days to be delivered once it is in the carrier's hands and Priority USPS mail can take up to 1-3 business days to be delivered, but please allow up to one week for packaging and handling. Due to the pandemic, delayed shipping times are to be expected and no delivery date is guaranteed, so we suggest watching your tracking each day to make sure you know where it is at all times! Holiday seasonal shipping can be slower than usual as well with the Post Office. The time it takes an international order to ship will vary. Also please note if you entered your address wrong and did not get it fixed before it has been dropped off at USPS, you will be responsible for paying the additional shipping costs to create a new shipping label to ship to the correct address (from $3-$7)

CAN I GET AN UPDATE ON MY ORDER?

We work around the clock, 6 days a week to make sure our turnaround time can be reasonable for each person. When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. The next e-mail you’ll receive from us will be when we ship your order unless something comes up - this also varies for custom orders versus print orders. Custom orders do require email conversation to ensure all details are discussed, you will then receive a shipping email once Celeste has completed your custom painting!

I CHANGED MY MIND, CAN I GET A REFUND?

As a small business we use our profits to reinvest in growing our company. Running a studio takes money, and making things requires supplies that we have to pay for. As such, we ask you to consider your purchase carefully before making it because we do not do returns or refunds of any kind.
